Consultations
Please note that Nutritional Therapy advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment and that clients are responsible for contacting their GP regarding any health concerns.

Nutritional advice given, will be tailored to support any medically established, diagnosed conditions and/or health concerns identified that is agreed between the Nutritional Therapist and client. Nutritional Therapists are not permitted to diagnose or claim to treat medical conditions.

If you are receiving treatment from your GP, other medical provider or complementary therapist then you should advise them of any nutritional strategy provided by the nutritional therapist (Food Coach). This is necessary in case of any possible reaction between existing medication and the nutritional programme.

It is the duty of the client to inform the Nutritional Therapist of any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine or food supplements they are taking as this may affect the nutritional programme.

The client must contact the Nutritional Therapist if they are unclear regarding any areas of the agreed nutritional programme including supplementation and time frames. Also, if they wish to continue a dietary supplement or programme longer than the specified period, they must advise the nutritional therapist.

Clients are advised to report any concern about Nutritional Therapy promptly to the nutritional therapist for discussion and action.

Payment
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
• All Payments must be paid in full and on time
• All Nutritional Therapy sessions must be used within 90 days of the date of purchase (or after the term of the package taken), after which time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made.

Cancellations
Please give 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of an appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Data Protection
Information provided by you for the purpose of the nutritional consultation will be stored for this purpose only and for legal requirements. It will not be passed to any third party and will be treated within the terms of the Act.
